Most orders ship within 2-3 business days via USPS Ground after processing.

Please allow 5-7 business days transit time for UPS Ground after processing.

Personalized and custom orders will take longer to ship and processing lead time is noted with the product description. Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed - not at the time the order ships.

Orders shipping USPS Priority Mail will be noted with the estimated delivery time in the product description.

Rush Orders - please contact us if you need a rush order prior to ordering as most products (excluding custom made and personalized items) are available for rush processing for an additional fee. We will do our very best to accommodate your needs.

Products that are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer usually ship within 5 business days via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or FEDEX Ground at the designers discretion unless otherwise noted.

We currently only ship within the United States and Canada. Extra charges may apply to Canadian Delivery. We will email you prior to charging your credit card with any additional shipping charges applicable to Canada or you may email us for a shipping quote.

Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

If you have ordered multiple items, you may receive your items in separate shipments and we will email you as each item ships with tracking information. You may also track your order thru our Track Order link by entering your email address and order number.

Occasionally a product may be on backorder or temporarily out of stock. We will always notify you before we process your order with the estimated delay time. Your credit card will be charged at the time of order processing to insure the quantity ordered is held for you when the product is back in stock.

Our orders are carefully checked and packaged before leaving our warehouse. First Impression Favors IS NOT responsible for items damaged in transit.

Refused or unclaimed shipments that are returned to First Impression Favors will be assessed a 20% restocking fee and the cost of shipment will be forfeited. We contact you by email only. You have the option of a refund minus the restocking fee and original shipping charges or we will reship your order at the additonal cost of re-shipping the order.

Shipping Costs Include the following: proper packaging supplies are used to insure your order arrives in good condition, manual inspection before packaging by one of our employees, the time taken to package your order and the direct shipping costs incurred from our carriers.
