Rush Orders - please contact us if you need a rush order prior to ordering as most products (excluding custom made and personalized items) are available for rush processing for an additional fee. We will do our very best to accommodate your needs.

Products that are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer usually ship within 5 business days via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or FEDEX Ground at the designers discretion unless otherwise noted.

Most items are available with expedited shipping for an additional fee at checkout.

We currently only ship within the United States and Canada. Extra charges apply for items shipping to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We will email you prior to charging your credit card with any additional shipping charges or you may email us for a shipping quote.

Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

If you have ordered multiple items, you may receive your items in separate shipments and we will email you as each item ships with tracking information. You may also track your order thru our Track Order link by entering your email address and order number.

Occasionally a product may be on backorder or temporarily out of stock. We will always notify you before we process your order with the estimated delay time. Your credit card will be charged at the time of order processing to insure the quantity ordered is held for you when the product is back in stock.

Our orders are carefully checked and packaged before leaving our warehouse. First Impression Favors IS NOT responsible for items damaged in transit.

First Impression Favors IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for Chocolate Items that may have melted during transit. We do not guarantee shipments between May and October. We strongly urge that during the summer months to add the ice pack option to orders containing chocolate items and select UPS 2nd Day or Next Day Air as your shipping method. Ice Packs are $1.00 each and we reserve the right to add them to your chocolate and cookie orders. We are not responsible for packages left at doorsteps or with neighbors that are not properly received at time of delivery. You will be sent tracking and delivery information to know exactly when you shipment is due to arrive and we highly recommend someone is home to receive a chocolate product. We can only guarantee your chocolate and cookie items from melting when shipped via Priority Overnight during the months of May thru October or UPS 2nd Day Air with ice packs. Please contact us with any questions before placing your order to determine your optimum shipping method. Please select Next Day Air at checkout and an additional $52 will be added to your order for shipping.

Refused or unclaimed shipments that are returned to First Impression Favors will be assessed a 20% restocking fee plus original shipping costs will be forfeited. We contact you by email only. You have the option of a refund minus the restocking fee and original shipping charges or we will reship your order with the additonal cost of re-shipping the order.

Shipping Costs Include the following: proper packaging supplies are used to insure your order arrives in good condition, manual inspection before packaging by one of our employees, the time taken to package your order and the direct shipping costs incurred from our carriers.
