If you are not satisfied with your order we will gladly refund your money or offer you an exchange less the original shipping charges.

All items marked personalized or engraved orders are non-refundable or exchangeable unless their is an clear error made on the part of First Impression Favors. It is the customer's responsibility to proof read the information entered on their order.

Products noted as "custom made to order" are non-returnable or exchangeable. This includes but is not limited to custom favors, custom money holder boxes, bath bombs and custom diaper cakes.

Food, chocolate, drink mix products and cake toppers are non-returnable or exchangeable due to the nature of the item and the possibilty of contamination

We will not accept returns on partial shipments. For example - customer ordered 100 favors and only used 90 favors. We will not accept the return of extras product.

We must be notified within 7 days of the delivery date of your purchase in writing to request a refund or exchange - the first day starts the day the item is delivered to you.

All returned products must have a Return Authorization Number (see below)

Once we have issued a return authorization number, your returned item must arrive back to us within 15 days in order to receive a credit or exchange or your package will be returned to you.

Shipping charges to return an item are the customer's responsibility unless their was an error clearly made on the part of First Impression Favors.

We strongly advise to use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back from the customer.

All returned products must be unused and securely packed in the original condition and include all paperwork. If packaging is not in its original condition, the items will be returned to you.

First Impression Favors cannot accept merchandise for refund or exchange if items are received damaged, scratched, or show visible use. Any merchandise received by First Impression Favors that does not meet these guidelines will be returned to the customer.

First Impression Favors reserves the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the above policy is abused in any way including excessive exchanges.
